About Peggy Bowler

Peggy and her family first moved to North Atlanta area in 1988.  In the early years of raising her three children, Peggy used her experience as a CPA to provide tax and accounting services.  She also volunteered in the community through her children’s schools and the family’s church. Then, as her oldest headed to college, she combined her love of helping people and knowledge of the area with her business acumen to obtain her Real Estate License in 2007, becoming a Real Estate Broker in 2015. Today with all the challenges in our world, Peggy uses her knowledge and experience to persevere in the ever-changing market. Peggy has facilitated transaction for 400 plus clients and invested in buying investment properties with her husband Mike. They even purchased a house with an IRA, flipped a house and hold multiple rental properties in 3 different states.  Peggy continues to love helping people with their real estate needs and well as enjoying time with old and new friends, playing with her dogs, exercising, reading and lake time.
